The annual HarvestFest celebrates the changing seasons with a rich diversity of arts and crafts, mums, pumpkins, jams, face painting, balloon twisting, pies, and the final offerings of locally grown produce. The grand community fall festival takes place in the center of downtown Billings, on streets below Skypoint!
